  I was very impressed with this company from start to finish. I had a generator installed, the company was professional and ensured the customer was satisfied throughout their service. The workers were honest and provided efficient and quality care not only of the product but also with their customer service.   I am so happy I chose Arket Electric to replace my main service panel and update some of my electrical outlets. They were so nice and helpful from the estimate, to the office staff, to Eric, who did the work today. I am very pleased with the work that was completed, the reasonable price, and the clean up. I will definitely use Arket again and recommend them to friends and family! Thank you!

  It's not often that a company owner makes the initial trip out to assess and evaluate the job needed, but Mike Arket did just that. We had a delightful conversation and he took his time to explain the current situation and his recommendations in terms a layperson like me could understand. Ethan was sent to put in the panel and he, too, was great - personable and efficient. Finally, what great review would be complete without mentioning the amazing Summer! Her sunny disposition sure matches her name. She's chock-full of helpful information and she manages her console like it's a command Center. We had a great experience. I recommend Arket Electric without reservation and look forward to having them do additional work for us.
