  Great Guy! Knows his stuff and is willing to take the time to explain what it takes to repair the starter I brought to him. Work was done promptly and the starter worked like new.   This fellow took my Marine Starter and quickly tested it. He advised he would have to take it apart and check it further before giving me a final estimate..asking if it was OK to take a couple days as he had a few rush jobs..I advised I was not in a hurry..He called me in a couple days to let me know it would need some new parts and would be fairly expensive to fix..He offered a new replacement at half the price I was prepared to pay...He made me a small wiring harness no charge and gave me detailed instructions on how to reinstall it,,so it would not Short out.. this is an Old School type Shop...and great to see there are still a few still out there..

  I have used a few alt rebuild shops and this place is the best one I've had the pleasure of working with. Full complete trust worthy rebuilds with quality parts. I have had other shops rebuild alts and starters and they all had come backs and failures. Since I found armitage. Zero failures and we have had 20 plus rebuilt in the last few years from them.
