  (There is an updated edit to this at the bottom) This company is willing to schedule a one hour consultation with an electrician, but not allow that electrician do a 10-15 minute repair/emergency work. They do not call you back and the lady that handles services is uncooperative. Update: they did fix the issues while here. I plan to continue to work with them to see if my initial experience was norm, or a fluke. I have had several more interactions with this company. The above issue was a result of the worker being new to the company and not understanding the job fully, and being a bit overwhelmed trying to handle the new systems. I am having some major rewiring done on my house and, as stated, my following interactions with them have gone very well. The individual listed above is also someone I have been in contact with and is doing much better and has been very friendly and cooperative!

  Kevin arrived on time this morning and did a very thorough job of getting the electric hooked up again for my electric dryer. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was even kind enough to move the dryer in position and hook it up before he left. I highly recommend Arrow Electric and will have them back again should the need arise.

  Needed an estimate for insurance, these guys are top notch! Professional and courteous. I would recommend then to anyone
