The Caretaker

Carter Burns is the electrician that came out to install a transfer switch for my generator. After completing the work, he asked me had I considered a surge protector for my panel. I said I had and thanks for reminding me. After asking the cost which was similar to what I had been quoted by another vendor years prior, he was able to complete that work as well same day. Very professional and quick!

We had a ceiling light fixture that Jaime Morelos was able to fix expertly. We also had some arcing wires behind a power outlet that Carter was able to find and fix, saving a possible fire! Both Carter and Jaime explained the causes of the issues and the corrective action well. Quick service, professional and informative. Very happy with the service!

Taylor and Garrett serviced my dishwasher which had really caused me much frustration. Both of them were quite personable, knowledgeable, and explained each step as they correctly fixed the improperly installed outlet and replaced the dishwasher switch. I have used Arrow Electric before and plan to use them in the future.
