  After the power went out in a major portion of house and during 100 degree heat I called Artisan Electric or help. Luis was quick to respond and after some initial checking found the problem in a sub breaker in the garage. In a matter of minutes the problem was solved and Luis showed me and granddaughter what to do if it should happen again. His fee was reasonable and he has emergency hours right here in Hidden Valley Lake. I will always call Artesian Electric for any future work and will recommend Luis to anyone need electrical repairs.   Called him during the recent power outage, he told me exactly what I needed for him to set up my generator, and had me running within 3 hrs. Kept communication when he was going to show up Ann's cleaned up after!! He even moved his earlier appointment just to accommodate me. I'm so impressed and satisfied with his work, I won't use anyone else but him for all things electrical! Thanks Louis. From 16545
