  I think enough is said but I agree on behalf of my dad with others about the rudeness of one of the women that works here. Pray she finds some joy and becomes blessed in her life for her job. Fruit is in the evidence of how people are treated and the proof of bad fruit is seen by all.

  Been dealing with this company for many years.Never had any issues with employees,,even during the worst of times,they aren't at liberty to inform the public of the business they preform during hazardous times.Id like to say thanks to all of you that brave the elements when called on.

  Ashley Chitco doesn’t even serves 1 star. The women behind the counter are rude if asked a question about anything to do with my bill. They have a toll free number but when I called a lady informs me I’ll have to call back during business hours. They offer no bill extension yet the Man who is sent to cut your lights off is sent in brand new GMC Sierra truck that we pay for. Entergy would always work with me and always had excellent 5 star customer service rating.
