  Hard to express our gratitude for Tim. We were referred to him after our 1994 Toyota Hiace van died and he did not hesitate to help. While our issue was not rare, the parts to resolve the issue were just that. Tim rose to the challenge that 4 other Flagstaff mechanics had declined and we were back on the road within 24 hours. Not only was he accommodating and attentive, his knowledge and patience turned a difficult situation into a memorable one. Thank you, Tim!

  Fixed what O'Reily wanted to charge 175 for not counting a new battery for 20 bucks. If your broke down in Flagstaff Arizona this man you can count on and above all trust. Find your way to Aspen , he'll probably be able to fix it even outside of what's advertised on site. If not trust he will send you to another qualified shop with ethics and knowledge like we used to be able to bank on. He's the real deal ! Thanks Again My Friend...

  Called and spoke to Tim at Aspen Auto and he helped me do a simple diagnostic over the phone. He was so nice and friendly and gave me some advice on how to potentially fix my car myself. I am going to do what he says and let you know if it works! I would totally bring my car to him rather than Jim Babbitt Ford, who was anything but helpful. Thanks!
