  Used them through HSA Warranty. They showed up for 5 minutes to look at the fan/light fixture without taking it apart. Said they had to call the warranty center and that they would be back. Haven't returned or called me back since. This occurred Friday morning and it is now Wednesday and my calls and messages have been unanswered. If anyone considers using this company it would probably be more productive to take the money they would use to pay them and light it on fire for a more promising end result.

  Associated Electric Inc was assigned to my AHS home warrantee service request. Two technicians came out to my home to make the repairs. They were timely and courteous. Everything appears to be in order. Overall it was a good experience.
