First off, we inquired about solar panels this year due to the fact that our electric bill is $200-$300 in the summer. After we determined where we wanted the panels and contacted our contractor, we heard nothing from Atchison Co. Holt for weeks. Finally, my mom went in and there was no movement on our panels and we were never provided a reason as to why. In the meantime, we are paying over $250 a month. Then, when our account switched over to a different account number, it became impossible to pay over the phone or online. We’ve had nothing but problems with this company and are forced to do business with them so it is what it is but I’d give them 0 stars if possible.
