  Called, inquired about having cement poured for a slab. Was not disclosed that there was a 3 cubic yard minimum or there would be an extra charge of $100. I ordered close to half the amount, it wasn't enough to come up to the top of the form. There was no mention that they would bring more sense we were paid up for more. The guy just said, "Well that's as good as you're going to get." They he washed his truck off on our street staining the side of the road that we park on. My sister contacted their office and their corporate office and they both said there was nothing that they could do. Said we should have known. We are not contractors and they knew it was residential, because I was unsure of the 4000 mix cement.
