  Chad was fantastic. We needed his help on a Saturday afternoon, and he was so thorough and made sure things were resolved before he left hours later. He listened intently to our descriptions of the issues, and even went so far as calling the utility company to help pinpoint where our particular issue was originating, and in the end, he knew the source of the problem, and I have to say that was so reassuring in itself. He also made us feel safe, and not that we were overreacting, which was so appreciated . This was the second time I’ve had them do work for us, and both times were very good experiences, and I will continue to call them.

  Chad and his team will do everything possible to make sure your job is completed correctly and quickly! After my job was completed, they called me to tell me that they had found a way to save me some money and actually reduced my bill! Thank you guys again!!

  Chad and his crew were amazing! We had our 80 year old house updated with circuit breakers and added outlets where needed. They also thoroughly checked each existing outlet for safety and replaced as needed. When I had a question about an outlet, they showed up right away to help me. The price was very fair. NICE, nice people, too!! I highly recommend Austin Electric!
