  These guys didn't work on our car because they are scared of cooties aka covid. Take your vehicle to a shop thats not afraid to work on a car instead of this place run by some p*ssy wann be mechanics. I never had this issue with NAPA, i suggests taking your vehicle to a different repair center.

  Well the service was ok but the fact I was told it would be 110$ but was then charged 210$ was a bit upsetting. It was the windshield washer pump and would have forgot it at the price I was charged. They either ordered wrong or was sent wrong one I was told. I think I was charged extra because they did it twice. Extra labor, not my fault. I will not return there for anything else after that. So beware, price quoted may not be what you are charged. Yes I’m a women, doubt a man would have paid it but I’m not much for confrontation.

  On a vacation trip out of town, my car was overheating and I needed immediate help. I called around town late in the afternoon and Ron was able to fit me in first thing the next morning. He replaced the thermostat and though he didn't try to "up-sell" me anything, I had him replace the fan clutch also. Charged were VERY reasonable and I really appreciated him getting to me on short notice. Would highly recommend.
