  I have called twice once last Thursday for an emergency dispatch.Talked to the operator and was told Tech would be out shortly we were with out power until Friday morning no tech ever called or came out. I called and spoke to another operator and was told a tech would be out today Monday. Still no tech and bo call.

  Aux Power Systems installed my Generator in Aug 2012 and were paid $400 per year for maintenance while I traveled for a living. I took over maintenance now that I am home. This is the condition I found my battery in and what I found under my battery. Call to office manager Janice informed me that the tech responsible had been fired. She also assured me this is not acceptable and something would be done. I spoke to the General Manager and explained the situation, he said he would look at the several pics I provided and get back with me. I never heard directly from him again. His response on this via e-mail from Janice was "The tech you spoke to was Ralph Rooker who is our General Manager. He said to relay that we will be glad to renew your agreement at $400 per year for 2 visits and service the generator which includes cleaning the area where the battery is and repair any damage around the battery. We also offer an annual maintenance at $250." So basically I can pay more for work that was not done the 1st time I paid for it. No thanks. Find someone else to install and maintain your generator.

  From the very first call to request a quote for a home standby generator until the completion of installation the entire staff at Auxiliary Power Systems has been a pleasure to do business with. Ralf arrived on time at the time agreed on and was very knowledgeable in helping me determine the correct size generator for my home without trying to over sale. The office staff was very efficient in getting everything scheduled, nothing they scheduled had to be changed. Daryl and Joseph arrived on time ready to work and did an outstanding job with the installation under less than ideal weather conditions. I highly recommend A. P. S. to anyone looking for a home standby generator. They are great people to do business with.
