  Referred by home warranty company to fix flickering lights. First visit didn't fix the problem, so I called the same day. Took a week for them to return my call, at which point they had confused me with another customer. They said they needed to contact the electric utility to check something and had me give them the name and phone number of the utility. Another week went by with no additional contact. When I called them, the person on the phone was rude and said I had to call the utility. I have since had the home warranty company transfer the work order to another contractor.

  Electrical company that does "some plumbing" my home warranty company sent them to fix a few leaks in my house. Needless to say another company had to be called to fix this companies mistakes. The contractor used puddy to fix leaks that he couldn't fix the first time.
