Called to make an appointment for a bid. Was then texted “can I help you” I asked if it was an electrical company and was texted back with “yes we are booked”. I don’t know about you guys but that was extremely unprofessional so I texted back “professional. Thanks😂” not only to get back “1.) you sound impatient 2.) I was in the middle of something. The world doesn’t start and stop with you. 3.) you’re welcome This person clearly doesn’t care about the customer or the business at all. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with this person over the phone or in person.
