  I had three companies to choose from and I ended up going with B & I. Their rates were better starting at under $100. Amber was extremely friendly (like talking to your best friend) and informative. My outside unit (10yrs +) had stopped turning on. I was schedule later that day for a diagnostics but ended with the tech coming out another earlier. James was very informative, friendly and professional. Labor wasn't too high nor repair being expensive I found in the past spending over $500 for simple issues. My unit wasn't communicating with my thermostat and my freon was low. He added 3 lbs to my system to equalize pressure and temperature. All and all GREAT TEAM FOR GREAT PRICES! Seriously I paid less than $500 for labor + repair+ freon recharge! Will be contacting next year for when I replace the unit for a new one!

  Lady on the phone was super nice. They have two techs that work on oil furnaces and are training a third. Good to know as they don't teach it in hvac classes any more.

  Awesome to get a quote from and Very Knowledgeable. Mark, the guy giving me the quote, was running an hour EARLY and called ahead, offered to find a parking lot to wait until the appointment time if I wasn't going to be home. If that isn't service I don't know what is. I'm one of those inquisitive customers who super research before buying anything over $20. He answered all my questions quickly and concisely without huge long winded esoteric terms. After he left and I was able to google all his answers, he didn't once steer me wrong. I don't know what they are doing not having a huge chain. These guys are honest, dependable, and just plain good at what they do. -Customer from Mt. Ulla, Complete 25 yr old system replacement.
