  If I was to rate them on their first visit, I would have given them 5 stars. But unfortunately their service went downhill at a fast speed. Next day, I gave them $40.00 to get a new remote for a chair since the other quit working. Then for 2 days we exchange texts, since I was told their phone didn’t have service. I got many excuses, such as after dinner, then car broke down. This went on for 2 days. I even got a text at 8:38p.m. That he moved to the Summit but he was in his way. Never showed. Also was told he had to solder wires together and had to wait till they dried. I know that when you solder it is ready to go, no waiting. I have saved all text ( their were many) on my phone. I don’t understand why they lead me in. If they couldn’t do it, I would have understood. I was hurt by the fact they lead me on for several days. I even contacted the Better Business Bureau in Carnegie to set up a time that I could go and let them see All the text. But I canceled it. Maybe they were having a bad day. So hopefully they won’t treat any other customer the way they did me.

  I have know them for a long time. Whenever their is a problem they usually come on the same day. They have done small jobs like installing a hood over stove to putting in the .electricity when put in my mobile home .They are the kindest people. Also they are reasonable priced .I highly recommend them to anyone

  They sold my family member an empty box with copper pipes and told her it was a tankless water heater. Then they stole her debit card and checks. They were arrested, how can someone do this to a woman in her late 80s
