Good to know businesses like this one still exist. After my beloved vintage 70's Phase Linear 400 amp quit working on me I was desperate to find someplace that could not only repair it at a reasonable cost, but willing to repair it at all. After making calls to repair companies in and around the tri-state Evansville area and getting quoted estimates as high as $800, I called B&M. I ended up on the phone with Danny who was not only very knowledgeable about vintage gear, but extremely pleasant to talk to, and you can tell he has an affinity for this type of gear as well. Long story short, after about 10 minutes on the phone discussing my scenario on my amp, Danny made some repair suggestions and even where I could source the parts. I followed his suggestions, was able to source the parts locally as he suggested and low and behold was able to bring my amp back to life for less than $50 and about an hours worth of work. He could of easily charged me 500+ , fixed my amp and I would have still been happy. However realizing I had the basic repair skills, he shared his knowledge and experience to allow me the chance to repair myself. I won't even consider going anywhere for my electronic repair or refurbish needs. Thank you Danny!

About three months ago I called Samsung over a dryer that does not heat anymore, since the dryer was out of warranty, samsung called B and M electronics to have it serviced. A technician came over to look at the dryer, he had no idea of what he was doing. He called, I assume, his boss to walk him over on how to change the heating element of the dryer. It took him about 5 to 6 hrs to get it changed and running. I paid close to $310 to get the unit fixed. After three months and a few days, the dryer stopped heating up again! Which means even though the heating wlement was bad, they did not fix the root problem of the dryer. I called about the service and the part being defectove after three months and a few days, and their receptionist told me on the phone exactly that "the part was out of warrantg after the 60 days mark" and for them to come look at the dryer I had to pay for the sevice again!! I bought a heating element on Amazon and will be fixing my dryer myself for $20. Way overpriced, poor customer service. Never calling them or paying them again If I could give them 0 stars I would!

We apologize your experience did not meet your expectations, we order parts straight from the manufacturer and authorized parts distributors. Specifically Samsung come straight from Samsung. Samsung only warranties parts for 60 days. We cannot return a part as defective after a certain amount of time has passed. It states on the service ticket that was signed about there only being a 60 day warranty.

Came and checked out our TV for an LG warranty claim, ordered the part, came back out to fix it. Very friendly and informative with questions I had. Apologized for the delay on getting the part even though it was not their fault.
