  I took my van in telling them that I thought it was the timing tensor. They said it needed a new engine. They had my van from January 11th until April 12th telling me it needed a new engine. The week before April 8th they stopped answering my calls. I had to finally go in and that's when they told me they couldn't take the job and I needed to find a new shop to replace the engine. I found a new shop and guess what. It wasn't the engine. It was the timing tensioner. I took my car to Metropolitan and had them look it over again on April 12th. I know have my van back and the noise is gone.

  I'll never use another shop after finding B&R Repair! Best service I've ever received from an auto shop. Great customer service. Fast and proper repairs. Saved us thousands compared to other local shops. My favorite was how honest they were. So thankful to find honest shop with excellent service!!
