  Jim's lack of communication was unprofessional. I waited weeks for a quote that was promised. I had to reschedule my hot tub delivery and couldn't get my concrete poured because I wasted 3 weeks for Jim, he finally told me he didn't have time to do the job. He could've told me that weeks ago, considering I followed up with him numerous of times. I don't know why Scioto even recommend him. Please do yourself a favor and find a reputable company, because Bach Electric and Jim are TRASH.

  Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time Jim took to explain the work needed and the care given to properly hook up my hot tub. I highly recommend!!!
