  The technician Chris was courteous, thoughtful and exceeded my expectations! He did an outstanding job on the repair and was considerate not to track dirt or debris in my home. If I need future repairs I would request they send the same technician! It would have shown transparency on the companies part if they would have disclosed upfront the pricing they charge for diagnostic before they send out a technician! This would be helpful to the customer especially since they charge a trip charge! Good thing that I knew what my issue was to avoid that!

  William, Dillon, and Dustin were such amazing, competent, and professional technicians. I initially called Bacon to get my vent hood looked at but William helped me comprehensively understand how my HVAC system worked and found the real root problem. He explained everything very well and was very patient in helping me choose the best option for me. He even helped me find a sheet rock guy to help with a related problem to this fix! Dustin and Dillon were such excellent technicians. They worked very hard, answered all of my questions patiently and took great care in finishing the job properly and leaving the house clean. I honestly am very glad that I called Bacon and their employees are exemplary and all three of these guys deserve raises. Thank you so much again!
