I went to Badcock Home Furniture and More today to look at Dining table and chair sets! This was my first time in this store and it will not be my last!! I was so impressed with all the furniture they had available, the quality was awesome! Teresa Larisey, Sales Lead was awesome! She went over and beyond in helping me! Paul, the store manager was great as well! Purchased a dining table and chair set and it will be delivered next week! I will be back for sure! I highly recommend Badcock!!!!

With the world in such chaos now, it was so nice to walk into this business and be treated like an old family friend!! I had the greatest experience with this place and that was one of the biggest reasons I bought from them instead of all the other COLD and big name furniture companies!! I will never go anywhere else when I need household items!! They went above and beyond to make me feel like a friend!! I bought the most AMAZING living room set and am loving it sooooo much!!!

The only reason I give it two stars is because the lady who sold our furniture was wonderful. We originally bought the furniture and they said it would be in on Wednesday- I never received a call so I called them and they said it would be the following wednesday. The following wednesday showed up and a piece of the furniture arrived damaged. We picked up the other pieces- when we got home we noticed the long dresser was damanged too. I called the store back and they said we will replace the dresser and deliver both dressers to you. I have gotten four calls of cancellations for no delivery drivers to bring me my furniture. I spoke to the main guy today Paul and he said “ I wish I knew what to tell you, I do not have a driver.” I have paid for my furniture IN FULL and still do not have my furniture.
