  My realtor spoke with Shawn in the plumbing division about hooking up the lines for a new vanity in my home that is going on the market. She asked him to call me to discuss the job and pricing. He quoted me a price of $245 which included the trip charge plus one hour. He said I would get 10% off as a new customer. I agreed to move forward. My realtor spoke with him after our conversation and asked if they could also install a new faucet while there. Shawn agreed. However, The plumber didn’t do the work while he was there... Sean said it was a miscommunication and someone would come Monday morning and install it. When I got my bill it was more than double of the original quote of $220. Now he wants $475 and is not accepting any responsibility for his original quote and the plumber leaving without installing the faucet. I expected to pay a little more for the time it took to install the faucet, maybe 30 minutes labor, bringing the bill to possibly $300 tops. I will contact Brian Baker (owner) to discuss this but be forewarned... if you get a quote from the plumbing division, DOUBLE IT.
