  I have great and bad review for Baker electric. We had baker come about 4 years ago and replace our existing fuse panel with an updated breaker box. They also at that time fixed some questionable wiring. Great service and reasonable price. About 2 years ago we had Baker come out and again change a fuse panel to new breaker box on our barn as well as run some new circuits. Great work and again reasonable..... Now in 2021 I had them come out to give me an estimate. This time it was the owner of the company came out and looked at the job. He said he would have an estimate put together for me in a few days. A week later I contacted because I haven't heard back. They said they were working on it. I waited 2 more weeks and contacted again. I was told the owner was on vacation. I waited a few more weeks and contacted them again to see I I could have the original person who did the first 2 estimates and work come out instead of the owner of the company because I still haven't rya quote. They said they would get back to me it has been over 2 weeks and I still haven't heard anything. Unfortunately I think I am done and need to find a new electrician which is too bad because they did do great work and we're reasonable. I wish I could complain up the chain of command but it was the owner of the company that isn't doing his job.

  We had Baker Electric install our whole house Generator and could not be more please. The service was excellent, Trent and Christian who installed it were very professional and walked us through the installation process as well as explaining the generator itself. We would definitely recommend them and have talked to Trent about other services they offer. Check them out! Thank you Baker Electric!!!

  From the start to the end, Baker Electric was very helpful. Researched to install back up generator for about 6 months and Baker Electric was best choice. Free estimate, very good communication with Baker's office and very good installation team that explained the generator and answered all my questions. Will for sure recommend them 100% for generator installation and other electrical jobs as well will be using them in the future for any electrical jobs in my home.
