I had trust on them since I used them for service along time. But I was charge more $175 for and for the same issue due to oulet not working, water leaking all over my floor, only thing they can say until next available appointment . Mean while I can have my floor full of water ruinning my dishwasher. She could not at least say I'll try to find something since electrician stated it was under warranty.

I have a problem with my electrical panel in my home and I started searching for a company that could fix the problem or upgrade my panel. I work in Collierville and live in Byhalia, so I started calling companies to see who could help me get his corrected. When I called Banks Electric, I was told that they have plenty of work here in Tennessee and did not need any work in MS

A couple of years ago, I had Banks Electric remove my intercom, send it off for repairs and reinstall. The service was great and I actually submitted a review accordingly. Through no fault of Banks, the intercom failed again two years later. They removed it and I sent it off for repairs. When it returned, repaired, I again asked Banks to reinstall it, but now, they refused, stating that they had "problems" doing such work. I am flabbergasted. In their reply, the owner failed to understand that I sent the unit to a repair facility in New York. It is back now in my hands and repaired. All that I am asking and I will pay fair price for them to re-install.

We are sorry that we were not able to help you in this matter. The original repair station that we used to fix these intercom units went out of business. The manufacturer of the intercom gave us another contact to try. We sent your unit off for repairs and the unit was returned to us with a note stating they could not repair. On 12/13/2017 we called to inform you of this and let you know you could come pickup your system. The system was not repaired when it was returned to us as you stated above. We no longer service intercoms systems as they are very problematic and lack of service stations to make repairs to the older equipment.
