  So happy I called. Our Nest thermostat was not working correctly and we had no heat. Response time was less than two hours on a Saturday! Technician was professional and got us up and running in no time. He patiently showed us how to use the Nest As we had recently purchased the home and had no prior experience with this type of thermostat. He also provided info on a yearly maintenance package which we signed up for. Very reasonable price too! We are extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend
