  Climate Doctors installed two new HVAC systems for our home, replacing aged units. The installation was very neat and well done. They even added more ducting to remove flow restrictions and greatly improved the airflow in our home, very cost effectively. The high efficiency units made an immediate impact to the comfort of our home and reduced our utility usage. The cooling and humidity is much improved even at higher thermostat settings. I could not be more pleased with Ed Wren's design and the professionalism of his installers and technicians.

  Jared was the technician that helped with my TRANE system when I had no heat at 3:00am on 1.16.2022. I called the emergency number and Jared responded promptly at 8:15am. He arrived by 9:15am and began working to fix the issue. I was impressed by his knowledge, efficiency, professionalism, and promptness. Jared was impressionable and is a wonderful asset to Climate Doctors! Thank you for having such wonderful staff on-board during an emergency situation. Temperatures were in the low 30s when my heating system went out.

  In a world where exceptional customer service has largely become a thing of the past, Climate Doctors is a clear cut above. Technician Cody was prompt, professional, informative and articulate.He appropriately dumbed down his post-inspection results and offered to answer any questions I had - without my feeling rushed or stupid ( which I certainly am, especially when confronted with HVAC issues). Altogether a terrific customer experience.
