  This was a sub contractor my general contractor used to build my house. After trying to rip us off installing unapproved lighting while we were away & unavailable (increasing the cost of the job by over $20K, he lied and said we approved 3 times the fixtures. Fact is we had not approved anything yet! Once our general contractor made him rip it all out, the price went up for the items we eventually did approve. Years later now, we are having ongoing electrical issues and had different electricians come for repair. They thought the work was sub par (they used to much worse language). He cut corners to cut costs and to this day we still have problems! Be warned!!! Don’t trust this guy or his work!!!
