  I had two really great experiences with this company. Both times my heat stopped working they were able to send someone out the same day! They quickly fixed everything and explained what they had done. I do think the process could be improved if they let you know what they were replacing and possible costs before doing it, but overall I found the company really quick and professional. Also the second time they had to come out was for the same reason as the first visit, so I was told I wouldn’t be charged an extra fee for that visit, which I really appreciated!

  Our AC made a horrendous sound and then quit working on a 90 degree afternoon. They were just awesome in getting us back up and running in just a couple days. Then to make things even better they took care of another repair that had been needed on our unit in a very quick and easy experience, which ever included a last minute reschedule on our part. Our tech Thad was amazing in how knowledgeable, honest and courteous he is. We would recommend then for any heating and cooling needs!!!!!

  Bartholomew sent their tech out to save us when our furnace quit last Christmas morning. They had it fixed by the afternoon and at a great price, especially on a holiday. Dan was professional and personable. Will absolutely do business with them again.
