  Bates has become our go to electric company! They show up promptly and work very efficiently. Today they hung a Chandelier on a 18ft ceiling and they are coming back in a few weeks to update lighting throughout our house. Unlike the big name companies that won’t even touch smaller jobs, Bates has come through with very quick turn arounds. Their employees are super nice and courteous. Don’t hesitate, quit looking up other companies and call Bates today, you won’t be disappointed.

  Bates came out and fixed my problem very quickly. Austin called about an hour before he arrived letting me know he was on his way. Once they got there, they were very professional and kept me informed on what the issue was. Couldn’t be happier with the service and their attention to detail. Highly recommend.
