  Pete and Martez did a great job replacing an electric panel and running a line and installing our new hot tub. They were on time, very knowledgeable, hard working - never took a break! Until the job was done. Very reasonably priced. They wore masks and were very professional and courteous. I’ll use them again. Bates is a great company to work with. Especial Pete and Martez. Thank you both and thanks to all the office staff for help getting scheduled also.

  Bates provides professional service and fast technicians. They had my electric panel fixed pronto and had a few different options for me to choose from on the replacement. Very much satisfied with their level of service.

  Ive had the best experience with Bates. We finished our basement and Bates did the installation for all the electric. The most incredible installers I have ever been able to work with. There were 3 different installers during the course of the remodel and each of them were friendly and knowledgeable. Also they always wanted to make sure the work was done correctly even if that meant dragging a huge ladder back out to fix a piece he forgot to do on a 2 story ceiling fan! They care so much and for my husband and I it was so appreciated. I could not recommend this company enough!
