  We had a horrible experience with one specific electrician by the name of Nick Krill. Not only did he take over 10 months to complete the job, but he also left a complete mess at the job site. His lack of professionalism and motivation to get the job done resulted in parts being stolen and the delay of my mom’s property being listed on the market. Several times Nick was a no show or would leave the job site without completing a full days work. Finally I had to list the property and my mom had to explain that it HAD to be done. No more dragging the job out. Once the job was complete , Nick tried to get more money in labor than the original agreement. This is after My mom came out of pocket for extra tools he needed and the replacement parts. He went to the extend of threatening to come to my mom’s place of work and causing a scene. He was unprofessional, lazy and dishonest. I would not recommend

  Kaleigh, this is not the correct business for this review. We have never had a person named Nick Krill with our business. We are a small family owned business and Barry does all the electrical work. We have flat rate pricing so what we quote is what you pay. Upon google searching there are unfortunately a few Bates Electrical companies in GA. If you ever need electrical work by an honest person, please give us a call at 770-702-0212.

  Professional, friendly team that I highly recommend and will use going forward for any electrical needs. They were responsible for a whole house re-wire as part of a remodel project and they asked probing questions on what I wanted to accomplish, recommendations on setup, and honest feedback. Answered all my questions, explained various concepts, walked me through the layout and how they performed all of the work. They went the extra mile to ensure that I understood how everything went together, were reachable by phone when questions arose and when I had issues with permitting was able to conference in the team so they could explain how things were setup and met current code standards so permitting and connection to the power grid didn't require additional work, scheduling, or visits. Permitting and inspections were a breeze thanks to the quality of work they provide. Will only call Bates for my electrical needs going forward.

  We have had Barry out multiple times and he’s done a superb job each time! Would highly recommend.
