  We were called by Patrick Little to inquire disinfecting services we provide. My company is based in chester county pa so this part of Delaware was a 1.5 hr away. Patrick was given a rate that is based on sq ft. He said he knows an approximate size of building but would like us to come in and take actual measurements. Given that they understand the cost behind it, we agreed to go and measure for them 1.5 hrs away. When there, Patrick came to the door and proceeded to tell me that he called our office to cancel yesterday. There is only one person that works in our office which is my wife. She of course said, of course no one called to cancel. My gripe is with a plain straight out lie and 3 hrs out of my day wasted to try and help these people. I don’t know how you can get up in the morning as a human being and know you just cost a small business as much as you did between driving, and wages. I don’t know if Patrick is an owner but if you are reading this, know this, I don’t appreciate being lied to. If you forgot to call, be a man and say that. Complete disrespect and carelessness by him. I don’t know what kind of electricians these people are but I do know that good human beings would never do this to people that were trying to help them.
