  As a manager of space box storage I have a right to know what kind of electrical work is going on ESPECIALLY when we didnt call them out to work and got no notification about a tech coming out. The tech that was sent out literally insulted my intelligence and refused to tell me what was going on and why he was here "because I wouldn't understand". Try hiring people who instead of insult people, teach people. Any manager has a right to know what's going on, on their property and this was completely unprofessional and rude.
