  Worst experience ever! We used these guys ONLY because the company we bought our hot tub from couldn't find any other available electricians in Chelan the weekend we had our hot tub delivered. WAY OVER PRICED US AND OWNER SHAUN HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Do NOT use these guys unless you want yo be over charged and awful service.

  worst electrical contractor.I got a quote for panel upgrade, new circuit for hvac and refrigerator first off the guy tells me i need brace my mast on roof to pass inspection so I said ok no biggy. a week later I get a call from an employee who is going to to the work he fails to show up as planned to know here panel,hvac, and refrigerator location are going to be I made it clear exactly what I wanted he asked when my hvac was going to be installed I tell him as soon as they are done running power in crawlspace he says ok he could have it all done in one day. I tell him the inspector will have to come at least twice once for panel and then for hvac I don't see it done in one day he agrees.i left for two days and came back to only the panel being changed I call him he became extremely rude tells me no they will not do the rest untill I have hvac installed becuase they are to bizzy and ran out of time I tell him that's not going to work we had an agreement if he wants I could pay him for the panel then hire some one els to finish he tells me nope u signed a contract you can't change nothing.I said ok that's fine I'll be ready in 3 weeks.after I put up a fight he agrees to come run knew circuit for fridge. 3 weeks later I call him to tell hi I will have the hvac done by the weekend he asks me if I could run his conduit for him because it's a tight area I tell him that's why I wanted you to do that before hand but they didn't so I ended up having to do it for him.after everything they never did brace my mast yet insisted i pay them the full quoted price.total bs
