After they should up and completed half of the repair needed, here we are 1 full year later. I finally gave up and am trying someone else. After many call backs with responses like "I don't know what happened in our system" and "Sorry, you fell thru the cracks" now they are blaming other vendors for not calling them back. Meanwhile no updates provided unless I reach out to them. I have spoken with several people, managers etc and have been as patient as I can considering the pandemic and how it has affected all of us. Bottom line, do not use them.

We had a power outage, Beco was our go-to because we have a service contract with them for our generator. They come out yearly to do a complete service and cleaning on our generator and repairs as needed, which we pay generously. I made an emergency, 1:30am, call to their 24hr emergency line since my elderly parents require heat and electricity, no call or response in any form until 7:30am!! By then the electric had come back on by itself. My husband had looked into the generator himself and took photos, the inside was very dirty, radiator full of lint-like material clogging it, looked as if it has not had any maintenance in years. The radiator was more water then antifreeze which caused it to get a hole. Now we had to purchase a new radiator. Beco should have known in October 2021, our last service, that we needed more antifreeze then water and the system should have been cleaned for the $500 we pay them. I do NOT recommend Beco to anyone ever. Bad company!!

Beco Electric Service Review Excellent Service. We had Beco in for our lighting project and the project just wrapped up last week. Our project consisted of the installation of recessed lights throughout the house where not already installed (20 total). Technicians Mike Carroll and Eric Shore handled the whole project from start to finish. It was clear early that they knew what they were doing and they methodically completed each step room by room. Each person’s residence is different from the next and sometimes a residence can present unanticipated issues and in this aspect our property was no different. When Mike and Eric came to that issue on our project, they brainstormed and came up with the best option that allowed us to still get the desired effect that we were looking for. For us, they presented very little disruption as they did their job, I was still able to work from home. They remained focused and at no point did they have periods of inactivity. Also noteworthy is that at all times while on site, Beco’s technicians observed current protocols for health and safety. They left the area neat and clean and the end result was fantastic. Thank you Beco for a job well done!
