  Called to get some work done for a customer of mine in the area and the answer was simply 'We are too busy and are not taking on any customers right now.' The lady then simply hung up instead of offering an alternative. I understand busy and can appreciate that but there is never a reason to be rude to anyone.

  I was looking for electricians to replace my service panel, run wiring to a shed, and hook up my new hot tub. I looked in my town for some local contractors, but their schedules were full so I called Bend Electric. Their customer service was excellent and within a few days they had someone out to do an estimate on the work. Within a week, Bend Electric sent 2 electricians to get the work done. They did quality work and were creative with a few quirks that came up. It should also be mentioned that it's a long drive from Bend to La Pine where I live and these guys took it in stride. The overall price for the work was extremely reasonable all things considered. Would definitely hire these guys again.
