My heater went out one night.  Benson's often sends out mailers for service, so I called them late morning.  Impressed to get same day service.  Garrett came within the hour and found out the problem.  Repaired in the next few hours, after getting the part.  Would highly recommend.

Your employee sped through a school zone by Raa middle school this morning at 9:51 AM. absolutely flying and then started tailgating me. I've heard you guys are good, but put a really sour taste in my mouth and you should talk to employees about professional driving when they're driving around billboards.

Charles Benson was on time, knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant, and most of all, honest. He did what he said he would do. He will be my go to hvac guy moving forward. He maintained eye contact during our conversations. Most people who maintain eye contact are telling the truth. I’m sure he is in that category. He repaired our boiler recirc pump efficiently, on time, at a reasonable price. I highly recommend.😀

Josh Sheard was very friendly and arrived promptly. He was knowledgeable about the equipment, provided service, and reported to me of the status of my system. I would recommend him as a HVAC technician to my friends.

Installer did a great job
Salesman did Not appreciate the customer  or the time of the customer didn’t seem to care promised the world and didn’t deliver. A true shame. I won’t use them again. Before you use them check with all the competition make them last on the list

My family has been using Benson's Heating and Air Conditioning for over a decade. When they mess up, they make it right. Fantastic customer service, terrific technical service, superior installation, excellent management. It doesn't get any better in Leon County and surrounding areas than Benson's. You can take that to the bank.
