  Hands down the beat A/C guys around! Kevin and Cole are fair honest and take care of their customers! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my unit and I send all of my military friends to them. I’m glad I didn’t listen to the review from Patricia because these guys dropped what they were doing to help when our unit went out with small children in the house. When you are in need don’t hesitate to call Benson!!

  I would not recommend Kevin Benson at all. He is NOT licensed to do a/c repair work . Upon completion of him replacing a motor in one of our units and a capacitor on the other one I attempted to submit the receipts to Carrier for reimbursement, and only then did he disclose that he was NOT licensed to do this sort of work . The average consumer is not aware of this . Do we need to start asking for college diplomas when we go to the doctor , dentist ? I mean you have to be licensed to cut hair but not work on a/ c units ? Lesson learned . BTW Kevin and my husband have been friends for over 30 years . If this is how he treats his friends that do business with him , I’d sure hate to be a stranger . Wish I could give negative stars ...

  Let’s set a few things straight here... A) Keith and I were good friends 20+ years ago which is why when you called me up on a sweltering hot day because your AC wasn’t working I made time to come out and fix it for you. And the truth of the matter is you’re not upset with the quality of my work. You’re upset because you weren’t able to get it done under warranty because YOU waited until a week after the repairs were finished to mention the warranty to me. At that point I wasn’t able to go back and purchase the parts using your warranty claim. So that’s your fault, not mine. B) I want to make sure that others are not as ill informed as you are because in the state of NC you have to be licensed to install an AC unit but NOT to do service work on one, which is what I did for you. And when I left your house your AC was working like a charm so I’d say my 30+ years experience speaks for itself. That being said... I definitely think you should ask a doctor to see their license before letting them treat you, just saying. Enjoy your AC.

  Can I just say, Kevin TRULY impressed my husband! He said “Man! He’s a cool cat! Some electricians tell you what to do, some just do the work and leave, but he SHOWS you what and how to do it!” Lol! And the prices??? SO reasonable!! Thank you Benson Service Company, for being so awesome and for your professional service!!
