  Personal Honest Service Doug and Kyle are professionals. They are local. They stand behind their workmanship. When an owner does the work I think you get a little more care. The brothers are involved daily in what happens. Give them a call.

  Called at 6:15am to let them know a branch took out power line to our pump, livestock shed and chicken coop. Said they'd be out as soon as they could. Guy pulled in at 9:45am to tell my husband that his boss changed his mind and they are too busy to have a crew come out.

  When I asked for assistance on an electric issue the "employee-owner" was rudely told NO and hung up on. No further discussion, no suggestions, just flat ignored. Not the way a professional company should work.
