02272022: I am giving a five rating for customer service in the Geek Squad area. I walked in this morning with a problem with my iPhone and the young lady at the counter (without a name tag) has my phone up and running within two minutes. You read that correctly - two minutes. Then she offered to clean up my phone and make it run better. I have no idea how long that part actually took because I went to breakfast while it was being done (Mike, the Manager told me about a great breakfast place where the locals go). I am extremely happy their service and friendliness. I should add that I have Geek Squad coverage program. I recommend it.

Had a curbside pickup order, get to my stall and check in at 12:18pm. Called into customer service at 12:38 and was out on hold for the next 30 minutes. Finally got ahold of someone at a call center and they said there wasn’t anything they could do about the wait time and I should just go inside. I have a 2 month old, 2 year old and a 5 year old in the back seat, there is a reason I did curbside pickup. Worst experience with this store. Usually I’m not disappointed or impressed, but this was a real letdown.

Just got out of best buy and this was among the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The employees were not available to help even though there were more employees than customers. Two employees just walked away when I approached them, even though we made eye contact and I tried to talk to them. Only one employee who I finally could get to help me didn't know anything about where stuff was in the store. Take your service elsewhere, other people have the same stuff Best buy does and hopefully a much more helpful staff. Best buy you may want to consider looking into who is on shift tonight and providing some training because the employees that were there tonight were clearly not caring at all about doing their job which is helping customers.
