      Great customer service from “Danita” when I checked out. She waved me over in a pleasant voice and I could see her eyes giving me a little smile. There were about 6 people in line and she took the time and patience to explain online coupons, price match and the return policy to me. She wasn’t rushing me, wasn’t rude, wasn’t annoyed…she was very nice and helpful!! Thank you Danita, you’re a good employee and I bet an awesome person!

      Smaller store compared to Best Buy in Plymouth meeting or concord ville pike. Most of the stuff is out of stock but they order it quickly. The only issue is they deliver through FedEx which is not that great. The reason for four star is the staff goes above and beyond to help the customers.

      I got a battery replacement on an iPhone 6s. I had the same replacement done on an iPhone 6 at Staples, down the street, about two years ago. Staples took :30. Best Buy Geek Squad took :20 just for paperwork's and checking whether a battery was in inventory, then I needed to leave the phone with them with the assurance that someone would try to get to it and have it done that day. That was a bit disappointing, because all of the information about the phone and the procedure was provided to them a week before, when I made the service reservation. There was also a disclaimer that the process of pulling the phone apart to get to the battery had a high likelihood of tearing the data cable that connects the main board to the display and digitizer, and if it was torn, Best Buy would have to send the phone on a three week field trip to Apple for a screen replacement. I had a tablet with an e-mail account, so I was able to monitor the progress of the service on the phone. From 5:00 to 6:15, there was no news. Someone was assigned to the job at 6:17. Since the place closes early now (7:00 p.m.), I went back to the store and went over to the Geek Squad counter for a status update. I got there at 6:35, and as I sat at one of the chairs and fished the receipt out of my pocket, a technician came out with my phone, ready to go. So, the technicians were all competent, and provided the information that I wanted. The process went forward according to the scheduled appointment. Everything was completed quickly. The only parts that I did not like were the amount of time it took to provide the background information to get started and that nobody was assigned to perform the actual replacement at the time that was reserved. I have no qualms about recommending the process or the Concord Mall store to anybody.
