  DISH NETWORK IN MILTON FL ARE THIEVES, THEY RENEWED MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND TOOK $155.02 FROM MY BANK ACCT. WHEN I REALIZED THIS AND TOLD THEM I HAD NOT RENEWED, THEY OFFED ME $11 BACK AND KEPT $144.02. THOSE WHO HAVE DISH NETWORK, BE CAREFUL, THEY ARE NOT A TRUST WORTHY BUSINESS! ( I HAD TO CLICK ONE STAR TO POST THIS, BUT I ASSURE YOU DISH NETWORK IS A TRIPLE MINUS ZERO IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS THEIR DISH SERVICE )

  I made a serious complaint on Family Network on Disabilities in Clearwater FL about four months ago. I have a trust with them and have been trying to get in touch with management for over two years but they ignore all my emails and phone calls. FND responded at the last minute of the BBB deadline with a response that didn't make any sense. BBB reached out to them again and FND just ignored them ....much in the same way FND ignores their clients. I tried to call BBB about it and they started acting just like FND ...ignoring my phone calls and emails. FND had a "NR" rating...but after my complaint they have a "A+ " rating. ?????? I tried reaching out to someone at BBB besides my case mngr....they told me that my review "is going to bring FND grading down...it just takes about 30 days." Yet here it is about 4 months later and FND stilll has a "A+" rating. There also have been other complaints similar to mine on google about FND ignoring their clients. Yet BBB still gives them an "A+" rating. I guess it is true what others are saying on here... that businesses pay the BBB to represent them in a favorable way. How sad that even the BBB is corrupt. This BBB of Northwest Florida is completely worthless.
