If I could leave a 10 star review, I would. Josh was one of the most courteous technicians I have ever had at my home. He cared for the needs of my family. It was a pleasure to have him over. He made sure everything was done with precision and was very cleanly. I appreciated his attention to detail and how kind he was the whole time he was here. His bid was very competitive and he went out of his way to take care of our needs the day of in a very timely manner. I would recommend him over any other electrician in the area.

I called Josh to get a bid to run 220v for a hot tub. To my surprise, he came out the same day and gave us a bid that was considerably less than others. He said he would have the bid in writing the next morning and sure enough, by 8:00 am the next day I had the bid in my email, very simple. Josh came out and did an amazing job, ran the wire, put in a nice box and cleaned up the panel a bit.  I found found my electrician and you will do yourself a favor by using Beyond Connected.

Josh was incredible! We recently built a new home and asked him to come wire our hot tub to our home. When he arrived he realized the wiring had been done wrong by the home contractor. He was so helpful at helping us to figure out what needed to be done to correct the problem and was so patient explaining things to us. After the problem was corrected he returned and wired in the hot tub. He was so kind and helpful and did an amazing job! We are so grateful to him for taking the time to explain things. He was super fast and efficient and communicated extremely well. We will reccomend him to anyone needing an electrician!!

I want to recommend Beyond Connected, however, I just can't. Most of this is due to the lack of follow-through and communication from them.

The first time, we had a breaker issue, Josh was excellent and proceeded to quickly fix the issue free of charge (it was something that I failed to do). I tipped anyway. He took the time to drive out, it was the least I could do.

The second time involved us trying to set up a home theater arrangement after Thanksgiving of last year. After finally getting reached out to (we called multiple times), Josh didn't send us the bid that was supposed to be sent out. We had some changes work-wise shortly after and disregarded the issue altogether.

The third time is why I am placing this review. We have had a nightmare of a time trying to reach Beyond Connected through the phone. After reaching out through Facebook, we finally got in touch with his brother, whom was prompt and great. However, the updated phone number that we tried took us to voice mail with no declaration of who we were even leaving a voice mail to. This was after trying their listed number multiple times.

Again, Beyond Connected, primarily Josh, seems to be a great person, however, communication is vastly important and Beyond Connected fails in this regard. Hopefully they can fix this because I would have preferred to go with a local company. Unfortunately, the lack of communication is a deal breaker.

I have called Beyond Connected out on a few electrical jobs before.  This time Josh came out to troubleshoot why my barn lights were flickering.  After a bit of troubleshooting he was able to determine my buried line had been nicked and was making a connection when it wasn't supposed to.  He was able to wire a safe alternative setup for me, and didn't even charge me!
Josh's only concern was that I get the issue resolved.   He truly does have a passion for his work!  Thanks again Josh!
