  From the first call with Andie, to the call with the electrician (Matt) to the final call with Ginger - customer service was a 10+! I am selling a house and found out late that some electrical items needed to be fixed prior to closing in the next 4 days. Per my post on Facebook - several people suggested Bickle. They completed the job the same day, costs were FAR lower than I anticipated, and they kept us from having to reschedule the closing! Thank you all so much. It's more than clear to me that customer service is your #1 priority!! Passing your name along to anyone and everyone who's looking for a honest, A+ company!

  Hired them to install an electric and cable TV outlet over our fireplace in Vicksburg subdivision of Edwardsville so that we could mount the TV there. It was very hard to get to with the vaulted ceiling in our living room but Luke made short work of it and it turned our perfect at a very reasonable price. I'm very appreciative for Bickle's quick response and service. Thanks again Luke!
