  These guys are amazing! we bought a hot tub and they were able to accommodate us in a timely matter to get us up and running. They even helped us hook into our sprinkler system. They will always have our business! Thank you BTE

  Called for a quote on a Generac generator the end of 2021 and they came right out to do the quote. My husband was told it would be mid January before we would get the generator due to the pandemic. A down payment was given in November of 2021. It is now April and still no generator. We have called and no one answers the phone. Messages are never returned and we get no responses to emails. We have never gotten a follow up on status or anything. As far as I'm concerned this is not good customer service to say the least. Guess our next step is to drive out to Bay City where there located and see if we can get anywhere with that!!!

  BTE handled all of the electrical services for our home remodel project. They did exceptional work and the electricians on site where very professional, took extra time to make sure their work matched our , and did exceptional work. We highly recommend BTE if you are looking to work with a top notch company.
