Messaged on Sunday morning that my AC wasn't working properly.  They said 1-2 hours, but they arrived shortly after.  Delivered professional, courteous service.  They had replacement parts in the truck and were able to repair it immediately. Highly recommend this company.

Fast and friendly service. Repaired my system in about 45 mins. Very affordable. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

Inspected heater for not turning off
Heat sequenser defective and replaced it. Started and checked operation, heater is now operating correctly at this time.

The guys from Big Chief's always show up on time, right away when possible. They are fair, clean and do great work!

So unprofessional I believe the guy who took my ac apart and left it wide open just refused to give me his name he came to my home and took apart my ac and left I called to write down the guys name to make sure I keep track of every one who is doing work in my home he  pretended to be someone else and refused to give me the workers name saying he doesn’t want to give out employees personal information I didn’t ask for a social or anything personal besides the name of the technician seeing as though he refused to give me his name they know they did something wrong and it’s sad own up to your unprofessional tacky trifling service, I got a second opinion the guy proceeds to argue with the other technician from another company calling him a liar saying he can fix what he messed up I’ll never recommend this company and if I could give zero stars I would

The unit was not taken apart and left like that. The power was disconnected from unit as a safety precaution due to a direct short inside unit
2nd
Mrs Tasheka called and said her insurance agent needed my technicians name. I told her she could have her agent call our office if he needed anything. The reason i would not give out any info is her husband had already called and threatened to “beat up” the technician that went out there if he didn’t get his money back
3rd
We did not charge Mrs Tasheka anything. Told them we would just consider it a quote due to the condition of the unit

They have always been amazing. Service is amazing.
