  This is incredible. I called Big's Electrician Repair Service and spoke with the technician. He arrived late at night - around 10 p.m. - for our emergency and completed the work professionally and efficiently. He even gave us a price quote for future work. Despite the fact that he had been working since early that morning, the way he carried himself and spoke with us made it appear as if it was only 12 p.m. Outstanding customer service!

  Very meticulous electrical contractors who were able to quickly get work done at an affordable rate. Extremely professional and clean electricians - glad I trusted the positive reviews and gave them a chance. My Husband was thrilled that they removed their shoes before coming into the house!

  5 star service from initial contact through installation. Professional, timely communication throughout. The installation crew knows their stuff, and does a great job making sure the owner is fully informed along the way, including a comprehensive review of he operation of the new Generac. I can't rate this transaction high enough, 5 stars.
