  These folks are great. I had a grid tie system installed in 2018 from another company, and decided to add an off grid system after last Februaries ice storm. The original installation company referred me to a guy out of Fredericksburg that didn't understand what he was doing or what customer service is. I found Big Tex Solar by doing a web search and I am so glad I did. Kim listened to what I wanted. Made suggestions that showed she both listened, and knew what systems would get the job done. The instillation was completed in a timely manner and with a professional appearance. Thanks to Big Tex Solar I now have an off grid capability that will keep my house running if the power goes out. Just found out today that their support after the sale is excellent also. Had a "very cold Battery temperature" alarm go off on the system and couldn't get it to reset. I called Big Tex Solar and they walled me through the reset process. This is one great company.

  I highly recommend Kim. I spoke with a half dozen companies about solar but it was Kim's honest, no pressure aapproach that convinced me to select her. She got everything set up and has continued to be available if I've needed help after the installation.

  Absolutely the best customer service. Kim is not only very knowledgeable about her business but she is easy to get along with. We received the best product, schedule was met and follow up was awesome. I could contact her anytime I had a question, and she would contact me with the answers. I highly recommend BigTex Solar!!
