  In search of a replacement panel for a home on a breaker box. Wife and i were extremely desperate to locate with fear of having to run new service. Bill Caldwell Electric called back within seconds and provided a panel they had. Panel was installed and works great. Fantastic customer service and response time. Great people to work with.

  I phoned Caldwell Electric this morning after a 3 day holiday weekend of problems. "Greg" was at my house about 20 minutes after I called! What a fine young man. He had me diagnosed, repaired, up and running on all fronts in no time! He was knowledgeable, polite, went above and beyond to help insure that future problems might be avoided. I will recommend Caldwell Electric every opportunity I have to do so. Thank you for great service.

  I called and scheduled an appointment. I called them again to see if they would accept credit card payment. The receptionist said No, had to cancel appointment. Poor business practice in my opinion
